OCRICOM provides coating design service for you to get the optimal design for your specific application. With our extensive background with varying applications and the coating fabrication methods, we can get the best out of the thin film matrix calculations used to design and optimize optical coatings.
Typically, we combine the design service with the coating fabrication, but depending on your need, we can also just supply you the design in the form you require. Alongside the design format, we provide an interactive reflectance or transmittance plot for detailed evaluation and the raw R%/T% data for plotting.
We utilize both our own scripts and ready made software tools for design refinement and spectral plotting. Such tools are widely available, but we wanted to also provide a quick online tool of our own for you to check how different layer structures affect your film performance. It’s not a complete design tool with optimization algorithms, but is still powerful enough to show you both front and backside coating effects with up to a hundred layers.
